Our Story: Where Tradition Meets Innovation

Discover the passion and heritage behind London's most beloved artisan bakehouse.

Sugar & Quill Bakehouse began with a simple yet profound vision: to bring authentic, handcrafted artisan baking to the heart of Westminster. Inspired by generations of European baking traditions, our founders embarked on a journey to create a place where quality would always triumph over quantity.

From the initial challenges of establishing our presence in London's vibrant culinary scene to our breakthrough moments of critical acclaim, every step has been guided by an unwavering commitment to excellence. We believe in the magic of slow fermentation, the richness of premium ingredients, and the dedication of skilled hands, bringing a taste of true craft to Piccadilly Circus.
